Setting office locations and attendance rules

Business attendance settings

Open Business → Attendance settings (web or app):

• Office locations: add up to 20 locations, each with its own radius. Clocking in is valid at any of them.
• Location mode: *must be within the radius* or *allow anywhere* (location is still recorded).
• Correction window: how many days back employees may request corrections.
• Shift swaps need approval: turn it off if a teammate's acceptance is enough.

Per-member rules

In Members → (name) → Attendance rules, the owner can override the location mode or limit office locations for one person, e.g. field sales may clock in anywhere. Owners can set rules for themselves too.
