Suggested early arrival and late tolerance

Before you clock in, the Home card can show:

• "Check in 15 min before your shift" — the owner asks you to arrive early (e.g. for a briefing). It's only a suggestion, not a lateness rule.
• "Time to check in" — the suggested time has passed; the shift hasn't started.
• "Still within the late tolerance until 08:10" — the shift has started, but clocking in now isn't late yet.
• "Checking in now will be recorded as late" — the tolerance has passed.

For owners/managers

Set these in the shift template: late tolerance (minutes after the start) and suggested early arrival (minutes before the start) with an optional reason. Lateness is always calculated by the server from the start time + tolerance.
