Viewing my shift schedule

Updated Oct 18, 2026 · For: Employees, Managers, Owners

  • App: the Schedule menu shows your shift per day. Tap a day for details: hours, duration, tolerance, suggested early arrival, and where the schedule comes from (pattern, change, or holiday).
  • Web: Schedule → My schedule as a monthly calendar.

Days with approved leave are marked Leave/Permit/Sick. National or business holidays show their names. Want to swap a shift? See the Shift swaps article.
