Swapping shifts or moving a day off

Swap with a teammate (app)

1. Open Swap shift → Request, pick a date and a teammate.
2. If either of you is off on that date, also pick a return date with the reverse, so both keep the same number of workdays.
3. The teammate accepts, then a manager approves. If the owner turned approval off, the schedule swaps as soon as the teammate accepts.

Move a day off (yourself)

Pick Yourself as the teammate, then choose two dates with different shifts (e.g. workday ↔ day off). This always needs a manager's approval.

For managers

Approve in Approvals. Managers can also swap schedules directly from Manage requests → Shift swaps → Add.
